99 years ago (linear time), on August 19, 1917 the 4th in a succession of somewhat consequential Non Human engagements took place in Portugal. Said meeting was postponed from the originally set date, as the Children were being held under investigatory confinement on August 13. Those days are now over, all intra and extraterrestrial spacecraft and other physical and ethereal entities are now freely flying and roaming around in plain sight, Day or Night. At that Time the Territory was duly signaled and stands now activated.
