Without realizing its meaning people think of this segment as an “Apostle” named "Saint Matthew". The text was referring to the Birth of a New Human and a New Humanity through progressive transmutation of the genetic codes. Generally speaking "Matthew" is a highly simplified version of ancient concepts such as Μάθε  μαθηματικά Μάθαινα Μάτι.
